  • Kendal Bradburn

    Kendal is the owner and founder of Pole Fitness Kingston. She is a mother of two and is always training for the next adventure. Her pole fitness journey started in Ottawa in 2011. On moving to Kingston she wanted to help cultivate a pole community and decided there was a serious need for a pole studio. Kendal appreciates the various aspects of pole and how it incorporates strength, flexibility, coordination, dance and challenges people of any age, gender or background to take their skill and fitness level to new heights. More importantly she enjoys witnessing how pole fitness empowers women and men, to build on their self-awareness, confidence and health overall. She is PFIC Pole certified and encourages Kingstonites and those living beyond to come into the studio to try a drop-in class. You won’t regret it.

  • Geneva Ferguson

    Geneva (she/her) brings a dynamic blend of creativity, organization, and passion to her role as Studio Manager at PFKingston. With a background in project coordination, social media management, and event planning, she excels at creating engaging experiences and fostering a vibrant community.

    Geneva has a deep passion for the performing arts. She began her journey with dance at a young age, exploring musical theater and bellydance, and has recently embraced the art of burlesque. As a burlesque performer, she values creativity, empowerment, and the transformative power of the arts. Geneva is excited to bring this passion to her role at PFKingston, where she is dedicated to supporting both the team and the studio’s clients on their creative journeys.

  • Diana Printsev

    Diana is a certified fitness and flexibility instructor with over five years of experience instructing pole, flexibility, and stretching classes. Diana trained under world pole champions from Russia for eight years, and has developed a unique dynamic style that works on a combination of joints mobility, flexibility, core, and aerobics.

    Diana also competes professionally in various Pole Championships and was placed 1st at the Pole Sport Championship Canada East 2022.

    Diana is passionate about sharing her love for fitness with others, and she loves talking about nutrition, wellness and the benefits of physical exercise to our bodies.

  • Chelsea Publow

    Chelsea (she/her) began her pole journey in March 2021 during her undergrad at Queen's University and quickly felt at home with PFK. A hobby soon became a passion, and a student became an instructor. Over a decade of competitive dance equipped her with the strength, grace, and versatility she applies to her practice, choreography, and teaching. She is delighted to cheer you on as you climb to new heights (literally) and discover the power of your body and mind! Chelsea teaches Intro to Pole Fitness, Beginner Series 1-3, and Low Flow/Heels Dance classes.

    When not training or instructing pole, she directs the activity program of a retirement community, dances vintage swing styles like Lindy Hop, and engages in creative endeavours including collage, knitting, hand lettering, and baking.

  • Kyla Mayne

    Kyla is a PhD student in Developmental Psychology with a passion for understanding human growth and development, and she applies this curiosity and drive to her pole dancing practice. For Kyla, pole is not just a fun form of exercise but celebration of what our bodies are capable of. She is thrilled to share this empowering journey with you as a pole instructor.

    Outside of the studio, Kyla can often be found immersed in a good book, exploring her creativity through painting (you can find her art at Martello Alley!), or enjoying cozy moments with her adorable pets. She is looking forward to helping others discover their own inner strength and confidence!

  • Tasha Manuel

    Tasha started her pole journey at Pole Fitness Kingston in October 2022 and has never looked back. With over a decade of dance training, she quickly picked up the sport and dreamed of instructing early on. She is a passionate teacher and believes in providing frequent, detailed, personalized feedback. Tasha aims to create a positive environment in class and cares deeply about her students growth. She is excited to share her love of pole with her students.

    Outside of the studio, Tasha is completing her undergraduate degree in psychology at Queen's University. She also works as a professional dancer, specializing in flow arts and fire spinning.

  • Emma Donnelley

    Emma Donnelly is a Toronto based circus performer who specializes in dance trapeze, aerial hoop and also performs/trains aerial silks, acro dance, and aerial doubles. Emma trained in ballet and competitive gymnastics prior to starting her circus journey in 2016. Since then she has worked with coaches from Toronto and Montreal. Along the way Emma has also been working towards her BAH in philosophy and gender studies at Queen’s University. Throughout Emma’s circus career she has held aerial performance residencies at Copacabana, Pravda Vodka Bar and Rebel. In addition to this she has had the privilege of working with different entertainment companies throughout the city that hire circus performers for corporate events and nightlife entertainment. In addition to this Emma has enjoyed performing in “Bloom” at the Toronto Botanical Gardens in 2022 and 2023. Emma has also participated in the Toronto Fringe Festival and the International Buskerfestival in Toronto.

  • Kyra Mezzatesta

    Kyra (she/her) started Pole Fitness in February 2024 and fell in love the sport and the supportive and empowering community. She has 5+ years of yoga experience which has helped her to recognize the importance of breath and mindful movement, as well as the importance of slowing down and listening to your own body & mind while also pushing yourself to do your best and get out of your comfort zone. In her free time Kyra enjoys sewing, baking, photography and fashion as well as enjoys spending time in nature as often as she can. Kyra hopes to continue to provide a positive and supportive environment to all students as the community has done with her.

  • Maria DeLima

    As a Marketing Communications Specialist, Inclusion Coach and student of Global Development and Psychology, I’m passionate about using my skills to create meaningful connections and foster inclusive, diverse environments. My professional journey has allowed me to work across various sectors, from marketing to community engagement, always with a focus on understanding people and cultures. Originally from Brazil, I have lived in many different places and I love travelling, language learning, and staying active through sports like pole, yoga, circus and hip hop.

  • Margo Zimak

    Margo brings over 15 years of experience in sports, with the past 5 years dedicated to excelling in pole fitness and aerial silks. A decorated athlete, she has earned multiple awards, including twice being named runner-up at the Polish Championships and securing first place in Żywiec.

    As an instructor, Margo blends creativity, strength, and elegance in her classes, helping clients improve their fitness and discover the joy of pushing their limits. Known for her energy, positivity, and personalized approach, she fosters a motivating atmosphere where students can thrive.

    Margo is passionate about inspiring others to achieve their goals and continually seeks innovative ways to elevate her training sessions.

  • Nicola Johnson

    Nicola first tried pole fitness while searching for a fun and effective workout and was immediately hooked. With a background in pilates, HIIT, calisthenics, yoga, and cycling, she loved how pole blends strength training with creativity—something she found missing in traditional workouts. She believes fitness should be fun and accessible to everyone, and she strives to create a supportive, judgment-free space for students to explore and grow.

    Outside the studio, Nicola holds a Master’s in Biotechnology and works a corporate 9-5. She loves animals, good food, great books, and exploring new places on foot. She’s excited to share her passion for pole fitness and help others discover their inner strength!

  • Aymen Bashir

    Aymen is a graduate student at Queen’s University, pursuing her degree in Artificial Intelligence. Balancing the challenges of academic life, she has found solace and strength in Pole Fitness Kingston. With three years of yoga practice, Aymen transformed her love for movement into pole fitness over the past year. Passionate about both learning and teaching, she finds joy in sharing the mental and physical empowerment that pole fitness brings. For Aymen, pole fitness has become a source of empowerment, stress relief, and connection with a supportive community.

    Apart from her passion for pole fitness, Aymen loves to sing, paint, and craft engaging content on Instagram. She shares her creative journey and love for movement at @aymen.creates and @aym.en.flow

  • Emily Fleischmann

    Emily’s journey into movement and performance began in childhood with ballet, jazz, and figure skating. As a teen, she channeled her passion into competitive cadet marching band, excelling as a trumpet soloist before transitioning into coaching and choreography during university. Her love for teaching has taken her across the globe, from instructing air cadets and marching band to teaching ESL in South Korea and Vancouver.

    Emily discovered pole fitness in October 2022 and was instantly hooked—signing up for Series 1 after just one free trial class. Since then, she has embraced the sport wholeheartedly, achieving top placements at CPAC Eastern and Nationals, as well as PMC in 2024. With a diverse background that includes ballroom, Latin, and bellydance, Emily brings a unique perspective to her pole practice. When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys diving into sewing projects, including crafting her own pole wear.
